i have the level 12 fire pet spell scroll, a halas heater, and words of tyranny inside an elemental grimoire but it won't let me combine to make the level 16 fire pet

this a bug or and i doing something wrong?

Ok, pending update, all research for all classes is completely overhauled:
All trivials fixed; all combines correct and functional; all combines produce the correct versions of the correct spells.
