It's more of a headache to sort out than it is a loophole. Selling, giving, awarding, FTE to a raid that also had two representatives present will retroactively make them exceed the limit when the two forces merge. Three FTE spammers will be present in a single raid. Thus, a violation.

Pain in the ass to manage, yes. But not a loophole.

You'd need to arrange for a buyer first. Otherwise you'll end up kiting a raid mob around and getting in twouble.

I think I'll set up an auction-like marketplace where we can match up unguilded FTE'ers with guild reps in real time. Fay is ideal since you have several minutes to bump up the bids on the dragon before it gets to camp, but I could see this working for other dragons as well. Just have to hold the auction at the start of the window.
