NPC Spawn Issue: Naggy Lair - Greater Kobold Shaman Under Lava

as the title reads, In naggys Lair, off on the side tunnel

There is a greater kobold shaman Under the lava in the tunnel. GM attempted to reset it back to its spawn point.. and THATS its spawn point.. so positing bug report.
