bug while camping with summoned arrows

Started yesterday, when I camp with summoned arrows on my ranger, and I come back after when those arrows should have disappeared. Arrows will still be there, and then I will LD in a few seconds. If I tried to shot with those arrows I get error message too.

Seems very odd and just started happening.
