Default Dark REaver proc bugged

The Dark Reaver proc, if landed successfully does not give me a buff. I believe it was supposed to steal str and give it to me like a siphon spell.

When it procs now it just weakens the target, and no buff is added to the PC.

Hail, a moron troll 001. Let me explain..

The lvl 9 SK spell Siphon Strength and A Dark Reaver proc Steal Strength stack. Siphon Strength adds 10 str max, Steal Strength adds 27 str max for a total of 37 str which is pretty significant. This is why I and others are "moaning" about it. Besides even if they did not stack it is something that is not working as intended and should be fixed.
