Administrator Mode - Game will not launch

I am troubleshooting some issues and need to run in Admin mode on Windows 7. When I right click "Launch Titanium" and run as Admin, I get an error:
Windows cannot find 'eqgame' make sure it is typed correctly......
If I just double click the "Launch Titanium" it works fine....
Any ideas?

Clarification:
I have the game installed at C:\Everquest
