I am well aware of the prevalence of DDOS attacks, I mean I play on SCHTHACK sometimes, I just don't want to make assumptions about the cause.

Yes, it's an FCC violation, thus making it a federal offense. Whoever is doing it probably thinks they're too smart to get caught by going thru a series of VPNs, but in reality, that's amateur level stuff.

If indeed it is some malcontent banned player, chances are this same player can be traced via historical logs.
