WTB Decent 1HB for wizard

I am a lvl 14 wizard and I'm looking for a 1HB staff that is fairly decent. I have a Staff of the Observers I'm willing to trade, and 136pp to my name, but I'm hoping I don't have to spend all of it. Is anyone able to help me out/has something lying around I can buy from them?

...or any advice on a quest i can get one on? Was going to try Tarton's Wheel but sounds like it's REALLY tough for my level.
