Game Mechanics: No Line of Sight Check on Charm (VP Dragons)

After this latest and greatest episode of charm bugging, I thought it was worthwhile to submit a bug report.

My *guess* is this is related to the changes removing LOS Check on Death-touch, but these mobs don't DT, so I'm not sure.

Scenario 1:
NPC Location: 4 Racs // NPC Silverwing
PC Location: Zone In Pad

Scenario 2:
NPC Location: Zone In // NPC Hoshkar
PC Location: "1st Bridge" (The upper one, not the zone in one)

Scenario 3:
NPC Location: 4 Racs // NPC Druushk
PC Location: Zone In Pad

This last scenario was WTFBBQ because TMO Pulled Druushk, about 15 seconds later IB pulled Xygoz. Dolic was at zone in and Druushk charmed him through the world negating the pull, then Xygoz pathed through Druushk on IB's pull and created a WTFBBQ party.
