How to get good faction with iksars?

Im a dark elf cleric. My brother rolled Iksar SK. I was crazy enough to run though Overthere at lvl 5 and wait till lvl 12 to bind near Kesora. Im glad hes nice and vendoring all the trash for me. But I would like to work on the faction so I can go in to sell on my own and bank etc.

So - is there any way to raise the faction with iksars without losing faction with my own people?

at your level, iksar marauders, pariahs etc would be a good starting point. also keep ALL bone chips you get you can turn these in for faction as well. not 100% sure thatll get your merchants faction, but i believe so

later in leveling when you get to seb, guard factioning will happen while just farming seb and you can use bone chips to work up other factions.

Bone chips do help merchant faction, but it takes ALOT.

When you say a LOT of bonechips.... you mean like 2000?

I have not done it personally, a friend determined to get non kos with all guilds in cab and able to use all mechants said it took more like 10k. Not sure if exaggeration or actually took that much.

I've heard 6k-7k been thrown around. If you've got plenty of plat you can buy them from new players in Field of Bone or Kurn's Tower - they'll appreciate the help getting them on the plat ladder [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
