too many red cons pathing to the shore in DC?

I must have seen 5 red con mobs on my way back from unrest. I don't recall the run being that dangerous, especially at my level, 21.

its Dagnors cauldron. the mobs path everywhere there and spawn all over the place. Thats why theres no spawn info on Bilge. Should expect to see danger at every corner in that zone.
