Default Torn on decided what class to play as first character.

Hi,

I find myself having difficulty in choosing a class. I'm generally a group oriented player that played a Druid as my main back in the day, but I found after PoP, druids where seldom used in group settings as backup healers so the fear of repeating that situation when I get to raiding level makes me hesitate.

I also had a friend/co-worker who played a shaman named Lemonade Icy, who impressed me so much that I wouldn't mind trying out that class.

I guess my real question is what would be the most group friendly class to play, but still be able to solo efficiently as a last resort, when nobody was available for grouping?

This server will never see PoP so you don't need to worry about something that happened after that. To answer your question though I'd say cleric. 80% of the server is druids already anyway.

Thanks for the feedback. Druids always were popular due to speed buffs, ports and quad-kiting abilities. If the server is that saturated with them though, I won't be making one as my first character for sure.

Another appealing role for me is crowd control. Never played an Enchanter on live, but looked like fun class.

depends on what kind of person you are in real life that will decide what class you will like most, if you are a homosexual faggot make a monk, if you are a lazy piece of shit make a wizard or druid, if you are afk all the time make a mage necro or wizard, if u are a hardcore total faggot nerd with hemmeroids make anything else

There was an expansion when druids were considered good healers?

Your answer is cleric, and you're soloing undead.
