Default Character Rolled Back Upon Zoning

Server: Red99
Character: Gneorge
Class & Level: Wizard 10-9
Zone: Kaladim going from North to South to North to South

Had zoned into North Kaladim to turn in bone chips, after turn in banked my money, then went afk for a few minutes in location shown in screen shot ( upper level of bank) to put son to bed. After coming back; I ran out of bank, and zoned into South Kaladim. After loading into South Kaladim I ran forward and before I realized I was facing wrong direction zoned back into North Kaladim. Upon loading into North Kaladim I turned around and zoned back into South Kaladim; somewhere in there is when my character was rolled back as shown in screenshot.

I unfortunately did not notice right away that I was rolled back, so had went back out farmed up some more bone chips to turn in real quick, and when heading back to turn in is when I noticed I was level 9 again.

In the below screenshot you can see where; before zoning, my meditation was at 55 but is now at 50, and Sense Heading had gone back from 196 to 191.

Just logged back in and still 3% into 10 which I got after turning in the bone chips that I collected after the roll back, and meditate is still at 50.
