Miscellaneous: [UI] Worn off messages not showin is "PC Spells" is off

Hi.

If the "Pc Spells" filter is set to "Hide", worn of messages don't print.
If the "Pc Spells" filter is set to "Show" or "Show group only", worn of messages print.

It seems to be a bug to me, but maybe it's not.

It would be nice to have more client-side control on this. IE more specific categories instead of "System Messages" or one for spells wearing off like u mention
