I don't think we should be going after people new to P1999. They'll probably leave the p1999 entirely because they see it as a barren emu server. What we need is a spike, somehow

A lot of people don't want to play because there isn't a population here... maybe we could organize a pact poll/kickstarter thing? If 200 people agree to switch then they all will? The current system doesn't seem to be working... Anyone have any creative ideas?

P1999 challenge... give away plat on blue if they make a character to level 10 on this server, maybe?
