Default Solution to greifing of newbies!!!! 1111

Make it impossible to guild until 60. Implement EXP loss on pvp death on par with npc death. Half of classic EXP rates. +/-4 level range, full on baller FV trivial loot code no drops and item loot. Make casters suck even worse in pvp. So people are scared to play wizards for YT.
