Quest Issue: Inert Potion Quest/Heretic Remains quest

Followed the blokes post about how doing the heretics remains quest gives you faction enough to start doing the Inert potion quest.

It doesn't. It doesn't give the necessary hits the guy claims it does in the thread I linked.
Did the quest 17 times and started at the higher than dubious, Apprehensive level.

The heretic remains quest only gives you:

GateCallers got better
Highguard of Erudin got better
HighCouncilofErudin got better
Heretics got worse

Gatecallers are mages.
This guy is an enchanter the CraftKeeper faction which OP said you could get the requisite faction with by doing remains quest.

So either the quest is broken, or OP is a bundle of sticks.

Edit: It appears the wiki is correct, just what OP wrote on the other thread is wrong.
Which would PROBABLY mean the quest doesn't need your attention and isn't broken, as it's this one dudes word against the wiki and what currently in game. Could we perhaps edit the locked OP or something so others using the search function on the forum don't have misleading info?
