Default How to figure level mobs go green?

I looked in the game mechanics section and this was blank. Does anyone know?

I believe it's the same deal as other players w/r/t the "1.5x level" rule. The same way a player can group with you and still get exp if you're less than 1.5x their level, a mob will still give you exp if you are less than 1.5 times its level. That's always been the way I've thought about it, and as far as I know the cons have always fit that- they go light blue a few levels before I reach 1.5x, then they go green. As far as I know.

Every song I play is actually just me screaming the 1812 Overture in a raspy, shrieking falsetto.

http://everquest.allakhazam.com/eq_consider.html

This page is still 95% accurate.
The light blues are "the highest greens".

52 is still -13 for blues
53 and 54 are -14
I don't know for the levels past 54 but if I remember well from live, lvl 45 mobs were the lowest blues at 60, So I'd assume it turns to -15 somewhere between 54 and 60.

It would be great if someone would make a page about this on the wiki.
