Need updated Spell Files after MAC install PLS HELP

I followed the MAC install to the T..

I am not sure what I am doing wrong. For some reason it keeps saying I need to update my spell files. I have updated them. I have also done several fresh installs. Anyone have this issue or know what might be causing it? I have installed v31 changes and it still keeps saying my spell file is outdated! Thanks again!
