Miscellaneous: Smithing: Silvered Halberd missing?

Good Evening,

I was disappointed to find that The silvered halberd

is not in game when it definitely was back in kunark days. Please see the following link for a snapshot from the old EQtraders, and if you could put the item in game as a smithing recipe we'd all appreciate it.

Did the silvered recipes arrive with Cultural armor 1.0? I'm willing to create the recipes for these, but I need a timeline to work with.

Date on that is 11/2000

When I add them, they need to be backwards compatible, so if we ever need them to work appropriately from the beginning.. no additional work is required except turning on or off a flag on the timeline.

For example, a ton of combines were added when Epics were introduced.

example:

Expansion:Epics September 2000
Expansion:Oct2000 October 2000
Expansion:Nov2000 November 2000

Even though that page was created in 11/2000, were they added in 9/2000? 10/2000? My guess would be 9/2000, but I would really like some more input so I only have to do these once.

Gotcha, I'll take a look. 9/2000 seems right given the cultural armor additions then.
