Default if GMs made mistakes and errors ruling on their own PnP rules, why can't players too?

Alright, Epic post time

Clear documented evidence that even the staff has no clue wtf is going on with these pnp rules. Going to go over a few cases that happened, so bare with me

Ambrotos banned Andis for pnp violations for 14 days. And then after some crying and review by Derubal it was decided he did not violate pnp afterall and his suspension was lifted

Andis killed a naked player in an adjacent zone to the one he was killed in. Not a PnP violation, and Ambrotos removed the suspension for that reason.
Ambrotos was also ready to ban me for the same thing until i submitted logs to him showing that I was attacking another character and andis joined in.

My question is how are people getting banned two (2) days after the rules go live for mass PVP violations WHEN THE GMS THEMSELVES have a hard time understanding their own pnp rules , documented by the above situation

If Ambrotos did not even understand these PnP "rules" (lol) why should players in mass pvp combat 48 hours after the rules are out supposed to magically understand them all?
