I'm noticing some screen tearing around every minute or so , like a slight pause, I have a really high end pc any idea what could cause it?

I've read the FAQ and have done everything it listed already,, still getting random screen tears or game stutter every so often

The stutter is usually people zoning in, I think we all get it to some extent. In EC its probably more noticeable...if its too annoying, try turning down your graphics settings.

Thanks for the info maybe that is the case,,

I'm wondering if bard was a bad choice as my first toon.. I used to play a rogue back on Ayonae ro,,can't even afford my lvl 1 spells yet lol. I really wanted a class that is good for grouping and raiding, initially I was going to make a shaman but seems like there is quite a few already on the server

There's a lot of bards on the server too. But don't base your decision on that; just find a class you like.
