So the only bone of contention for this plan seems to be the lack of reward for those willing to commit more time and effort. To rectify this the following amendments should be included in the 1/1/1 plan by rogean:

- loot from C tier mobs and ffa should have the prefix "elite" and that loot should come with either + 25 hp on each piece or 20% more stats. Alternatively loot from R tier mobs could have the prefix "uncharged" or some such thing and have 20% less stats.

Thats really it. I think the FE would be satisfied and all the r class guilds are still getting what they want. You could even go one step further and recolor the loot from r class mobs along with the above.
