Written for Fysts. Raid Proposal.

I am writing this for fysts, this is not my idea.

1-7 of each month TMO will be allowed to Raid Outside VP. (Best gear in game)

1-14 IB/FE will be allowed to raid outside VP. (2nd best gear in game)

1-21 BDA will be allowed to raid outside VP. (Currently 3rd best Guild)

1-27 ALL other guilds can raid anything/everything.

28,29,30,31 Server open to all Competition.

If one guild starts getting majority of kills they will move to a different Flight.

A-Flight is best guild/most kills per month. VP mobs count on tally.
B-Flight is 2nd best/most kills per month Vp mobs count on tally.
C-Flight is 3rd highest/most kills per month.

Hits the Deepest pockets first. TMO takes 3 weeks a month. They are best geared, and will get vp mobs.

Hits the 2nd deepest 2nd. IB/FE. They will get 2 weeks off a month outside vp.

This system is FAIR to all. The top 3 Guilds get hit the hardest, while it gives room for others to move up.l
