Is the p99 Wiki page for Divine Barrier wrong?

It states:

Encases the caster in a divine aura, rendering them invulnerable to all attacks for 18 secs (3 ticks) and healing between 436 and 1351 hit points.

I just used it with my 43 cleric and it healed about 200 hit point, less than half of the stated minimum in the range.
