Check your internet settings, firewals ect... It's most likely a connection issue - I don't know how it works but you could be getting kicked because you go LD and then come back.
I'm having 0 issues.

My partner in uguk and I both just had the same issue. unable to cast spells for several minutes at a time while mobs attacking us. Both kicked from game. and I noticed population had dropped by over 100 people when I logged on so it's not a single persons connection issue....

Seems to happen sometimes at the ISP level. Since there are really only a handful of ISPs out there it's possible one having issues could affect a big portion of the population.
