Default action bar question

i'm looking for quick help, at one time i knew how to do this, but i haven't messed with my UI in years and rather than relearn i thought i'd ask our awesome community

in the last update something happened to my UI, everything is awesome and where i want it to be except my bars got moved on all of my characters. the red outline is where they used to be, now they are doubled up, vertical, and the 2nd one is off the screen. which file do i need to replace? and how do i get my 2nd bar back where i can move it?

There are keyboard commands to bring up the other spell bars, something like CTRL+j and CTRL+k. If you go into the Options window and pull up the UI key bindings, you'll find it in there.

ok, but the bar is off the screen, so showing or not, i can't move it.

i know there's a file that will reset this, i also just want them to lay horizontal, one row, like they used to.

Reload your UI with the default settings option checked; that should put them all back onto the screen for you.

That won't change them from vertical to horizontal though. ~.~

when i overwrote my old UI i lost my classic login screen and loading screen.

i can't find those files anywhere on this site, i'm probably blind, but if someone knows where to look i'd appreciate it.
