Default Toop v. Inglorious Basterds

My client Toop asserts that IB KS'd his Magus kill as evident through this screenshot:

[You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

As you can see my client was being healed several times through the fight by Cheal which is a 10 sec cast time meaning he's been engaged on the giant for at least a minute.

Also in the bottom left corner you can easily see Toop taunting this giant to regain aggro, as well as the combat text to the right which shows Magus's shield still active as he is absorbing the blows, meaning the mob has just been engaged.

Where does this stand with the rules?

My client asserts that he was in the area first and routinely killing giants as evident by the sheer amount of combat spam in regards to this matter, being the first one at the spawn he's ensured that he has claimed the camp by clearing and prepping for the pull before IB decided to engage.

This is clearly a infraction by IB against server rules and policy by not adhering to the camp rules and FFA arguments, and all members involved with the IB party should be temporarily suspended for 3-days minimum 7-days maximum to ensure that the rules are being upheld fairly and to regulation and compensation should be paid to the wronged party (my client Toop) in the form of either a channeling crystal or the mask.

We can see my client has a full party and was receiving experience through the killing of the giants, you can also see from this screen shot that thheir guild enchanter has one giant charmed, and judging by the heal spam and the HP of my client's party they have been fighting and clearing the room for sometime before these three members of IB came through.

It is within my opinion that IB walked through the cleared castle into Naggy's room and pulled Rokyl without calling a CC and without regard to the party that was xping off the giants in that area.

If IB has any screenshots that they'd like to post refuting my claim that CC was not called, and they were the first to engage then now is the time to post them otherwise it should be my opinion to the R&F court that IB was being a "Fag"

so its still a debatable issue that IB is a bunch try harders who NEED to get that kill? im not for or against peace pipe or IB, most of the peace pipe members ive grouped with were capable players and ive never grouped with a IB member. But as far as their server repuation is its pretty lousey =/. USE FRAPS MAN. get some proof and if they are 2 boxing then get them banned. USE FRAPS and if they are kill stealing expose the members who have no disregard for smaller guild (no offense peace pipe) wanting to down big kills. on another note not to be taking a hit against IB but if you are kill stealing its pretty lousey that you NEED OMG to be the best guild on a emulated server playing a 10 year old game. cant we all get along. I think the best part of the screenshot is the petition he put in.

In the similar case of Stoner v Douchebag, precedent was set allowing expert witness testimony regarding mental capacity (in this case, screenshots with arrows clearly delineating retartation) to be admissible for consideration. How does the defense plead?
