Default Guards Love Werewolves?

I'll get to the point. I'm playing around in North Karana, and I get jumped by a werewolf. First time I got jumped, I ran to the guards, but got killed right as I got to the tower, so I figured it might just be I didn't get far enough. However, I've had two more encounters, and now have full knowledge the guards (which I con ALLY with) will not attack a werewolf. They'll attack everything else, just not werewolves.

WTF, man. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Yea definitely classic. Was a lot of rumor at the time that the guards were werewolves themselves.

Funny... I'm actually starting to remember those rumors... the reason why no one bought into that was, unless they were being hunted, all the gaurds (good and evil) were always in place. Than and the werewolf never dropped a gaurd bracer or similar.

I recall also that the guards in West Karana did not help when you were being attacked by bandits. (at least the guards at T2 didn't).. (T2 is the second tower along the road from Qeynos Hills, a bandit paths from the house to the road near the tower).
