Default still room for low levels?

can't decide what class to play yet but I wanted to find out if its still easy to get groups early on? It will help with my decision on what class to play. I was considering a necro at first just becuz I know I wont have to rely on groups but now that I think of it, if I'm going to come play this, its becuz I miss group xping. Just trying to get some info before I take this dive again.

Server is healthy at all levels. Pick a class and have at it, friend.

And welcome. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

good to hear. I'm leaning towards sham/bard/rogue. Not being geared scares the hell out of me. Once I can decide on that its the most difficult task, deciding on a name...

There's always people. Ec, oasis, gfay, crushbone, Uguk, Kurns, oasis, unrest are always bumpin.

Don't worry about gear at all it will flow in like you wouldn't believe. It can kiss take away some of the fun, join a guild and make friends and let them know its tour first few days on p99 and people will give u plenty of good handouts. It happens everywhere, I was kinda excited to earn every gear on my own but it's too hard when people are so generous.

Was on my 24 enchanter and jumped on a boat in BB headed to Freeport last night. Sharing the ride with a couple other lowbies, we drank and fished and cracked jokes along the way. Exactly what a boat ride in EQ should be!

I don't recall their levels, I think one was 10, the other was 15, and there was another guy on board that jumped off at one of the docks but didn't make it back on when the boat started moving again.

At the end of the trip we all said farewell and good hunting, etc etc. but stuff like that is what makes it worthwhile to start a character on this server. Yes there is fun to be had at all levels!

A Necro or a Mage does not need ANY gear even high levels to play on here.

People always say this and it's true to an extent, but I've found that it really helps especially in tight quarters like dungeons.
