Quest Issue: Kerran Male Identity Crisis

When hailed, Kerran Males at Kerra Ridge respond with "Slavedrivers are just lackeys for the [taskmaster]. He is the real orc in charge." How does a catman know what orcs is? I have gotten this response from every Kerran Male I have hailed on P99 in Kerra Ridge, and I have been trying to research exactly what text they should respond with, with no luck. Pretty sure it's nothing about Crushbone orcs though.
