Is there a trick to get the guy in FV to spawn? Anyone know?

its an 18 minute spawn, i did this quest the other day, i can confirm it works just fine

K so do this until:

BTW you have to switch from talking to the lady to talking to the ogre at some point to get to this point -- wasn't obvious at first. Also, would recommend attacking Hobble right after you hail him, immediately after he spawns. Kite him around the zone line to swamp until the squire comes, zone out, then run back to them. Otherwise fighting off the drolvargs is a major pain in the ass
