Fungus eye for Harvester quest

Does anyone know if it's possible to solo farm for this before 34?

I did the Headmaster at 29, killed sisters till 30, then headed over to Unrest only to find that the terror dudes are still conning red/high yellow to me.

It seems self explainatory that i should just wait till they con low enough for me to solo, but i was wondering if anybody had any tips/knew a way for me to solo this.
