Default Spell File Outdated

So I tried applying the new update to my EQ Titanium folder, and it just says "spell file outdated" Reinstalled EQ and applied the new update and it still says that. Restarted my computer, still says that. What do I do?

Make sure your EQ directory is not in Program Files. Make sure you're extracting the correct zip, into the correct directory. Make sure you don't have duplicate EverQuest directories - check to make sure the target of your EverQuest shortcut is pointing to the same location that you're extracting the patch files to.
