WTB Staff of the Water Walker, Essence Emeralds (or Sacrifices)

Greetings all.

I am seeking to acquire a Staff of the Water Walker, or a Hand of the Reaper. My preference is heavily for the Staff of the Water Walker.

In addition, I am seeking to restock on Essence Emeralds. I am offering 425 a piece. If you are willing to do the sacrifices, I can sacrifice you and likely find a cleric to make it possible (if you're a 60 burning excess xp).
