KIll Stealing the AC/Misunderstood

So im out hours trying to camp my ring and Finaly after many hours i get AC i Engage it im beating it and out PopS from Invis Misunderstood he rapid casts on it and Kill steals it.[You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
Misunderstood then loots, drops and logs out.
I thought i had him on fraps but the Vid was black i had it set wrong.[You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
I did petition and i welcome a log check by GM if there is any doubt at all.
I contacted the guild he is in and they were indeed upset by his actions although they wanted to see the fraps for proof.
My word on the matter should be enough IMO, but if its not i just wanted others to know to watch out for him.
He is not Misunderstood he is a Thief and if your at a spot and he shows up best be aware he will KS your mob if he wants it.[You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
Im not going to say the name of the guild Because i do not want to cause them grief. They seemed concerned i just hope they Take the right action to protect there name.

i think this is how all rogues should act in game aka roleplaying a rogue means being a thieving asshole and pickpocketing gems from others mobs, lying, and ks'ing

paladin should be able to arrest him and lock him in jail for 3-5 trak pops

I think so as well. Sadly many do not appreciate this way of thinking.

It is a fine line. I will pick pockets, but rarely loot. I will be a smart ass, but will never grief people. I do act like a bully but usually to higher level folks trying to get them to duel (like that coward Lavasi from Supremacy). I try to walk the line of being obnoxious / humorous and probably fail quite often but it is all in good fun.
