Default If voting changed anything, they'd make it illegal.

Did you vote for Obama in 08? You never answered that one.

of course i did, but that was mainly because i knew it would piss the racist people in my family off. that being said, i hadn't been exposed to anti statist thought in the same way then that I have since, and i still held out some hope for capitalism. I am certainly a person in flux, and encourage you to be as well.

C'mon now. Are you really "in flux" or are you merely larval?

Are you malleable or just immature?

Make a poll, imo.

Larval, final answer.

I don't think "merely" fits tho, because it denies the latent polymorphism that "larval" necessarily implies.

As far as maturity, I also readily admit that I am new to this way of thinking, but I also understand that I have an extremely firm foundation of knowledge on which I rest my thought patterns, and I also know that I have a knack for seeing to the root issue of things, so while I know nothing and am indeed a noob, I feel confident in trusting my judgement in these matters.

Also, about what socrates meant by "to know." it is not the same thing as having a "foundation of knowledge," even tho semantically it seems that way.

So is there any cohesion to your anti-statist stance? Are you an anarchist? A minarchist? Are you considering residence in Somalia?

What if there simply isn't enough work to go around with modern technology? What if we need a bunch of bureaucrats and beancounters in order to keep a majority of the working age population employed? What if the end result of anti-statist experiment is barbarism?

The socrates quote should be the fundamental basis of intelligence in the world. There are so few immutable truths In the world everyone should realize there are always exceptions and always fallacy built into works of men. Especially in scholarly pursuits.

Ps. Typed this out while taking a huge dump.
