NPC Spawn Issue: Alicia Starshimmer

Alicia Starshimmer seems missing in southern felwhite enchanter guild. She was here when i looked up like 2month ago. Shes the only one who sells the spells enchant silver and clay for good-race enchanters.

Supossed to be at loc 605, -934

It was in a recent patch note that they were removing the enchant vendors from every city except neriak to be more true to classic.

Nilborg(sic): Enchant electrum, silver, gold, platinum will only be sold in Neriak Third Gate by Mizr N`Mar.
