Quest Issue: Vira - No reward for shovel of ponz quest

Last night around 7pm to 11pm central (can't remember when) I turned in the following items on a level 1 dark elf (Muhz) to Vira and didn't receive the shovel.

Ruby, Gargoyle Eye, Hill Giant Toes, and Shovel. I went through the dialogue, and turned them in with the exact order. Could I please get the items back so I can try them one at a time, or the actual shovel?

I tried submitting a thread in the petition forum but it wouldn't let me.
