The only char I know is missing a level atm is Szeth.

When Uthgaard handed out those firework sticks he made it very clear that if they were used to lag individuals with spell effects on- those individuals would have their firework sticks taken away permanently.

I have all 3 on Loly, I keep them banked because I treasure them. I even have one or two on alts. Regardless, I feel that even though Uthgaard has been dethroned; His restrictions for these items should be enforced. Anyone caught abusing them to inconvenience other players should have them taken away.

szeth isn't in tmo, but i heard marley/darkdeath have been spending alot of time in td as blue cons, confirm?
