lag - memory leaks(?) - permafrost

In permafrost and lots of people are having lag issues. Some people said it could possible be a memory leak(?) - anyhow, any help would be appreciated.

I didn't think chanters got Memory Leak until after Kunark. You might be thinking of that rogue weapon that procs Overflow of Stacks.
