I noticed is bugging out 90% of the time lately. It shows where they began and not where they are very frequently. It usually will update when you get to the location they were supposed to be at.

You also were not able to track invised people if you did not have see invis on. This should be fixed as well [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.].

This may be related to network optimization code that doesn't update the client on player positions if they are outside view range. Same reason you can't bind sight chain to a distant player unless they've recently zoned in. Server probably isn't updating tracking position of players around you outside a certain distance.

Track would bug out on live as well. I did not play a tracking class but would hear the complaining a lot.

It seems to work here more often than not, but i occasionally get brought to a zoneline where someone no longer is.
