How long do reimbursments take?

Approximately how long is the wait for a reimbursement? I have one that I posted Nov 30. Got a reply the next day that it was in the queue and could take up to a month....it's been 6 months. The message specifically says not to bump it. Is 6 months normal?

It would be faster to create a new toon and re-acquire the item or items in question. In other words, you aren’t getting reimbursed [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
