NPC Spawn Issue: Possible Incorrect Spawns in Mistmoore hidden wall

Behind the graveyard in Mistmoore there is a hidden wall, with 3 doors that contain NPCs, and then up the stairs there's a couple of rooms with similar monsters, as well as the tower with Garton Viswin, and the Torture Chamber.

I spent many many many hours soloing as a Paladin in that area for a reason pre-kunark on Live - this is because the monsters in those doors were often spawned as undead, as was the roamer which goes up and down the stairs.

I've checked a few times on p99 and the monsters often appear to be:
a dark offerer
a dark sacrificer
a dark ritualist
a deathly herald
a deathly usher

I believe they should more often spawn as:
a will pillager
a will ravisher
a will sapper
a deathly herald
a deathly usher

I had also spent a lot of time camping in the tower where the chestplate/pike drop, and it tended to often be the undead spawns in there, and not the DE caster npcs.

Unfortunately I have no proof, other than my possibly sketchy memory. Can anyone else confirm/deny what spawns should be in that area?
