Having issues with only 1 server on emu list

basically i been having problems connecting to only 1 server , it lets me log in about 1 out of 15 trys , i have about 109-130ms in game so that really shouldnt be the issue.

I dont think its related to my laptop because i can play every other server fine and zone in fine.

I am stumped at this
