Issues with log-in

I know this has probably been asked quite a few times, however when I run eq (following all the steps, and also running titanium) I just get Logging into the server. Please Wait....

Any advice would be appreciated, as I did a search for this...but it only came up with a solution for people without a legal copy of titanium.

did you make the shortcut for eqgame.exe or everquest.exe?

when I first set mine up I made it for everquest.exe and couldn't log in.

Or the Login Server was having issues at the time. Or your internet. It's happened to me on occasion.

This sounds like you're not connecting to the Login server, which could be firewall issues (are you at work or school?) or just incorrect settings. Make sure your eqhost.txt file in your Everquest directory is as follows:

[LoginServer]
Host=eqemulator.net:5998
