Game Mechanics: Cannot train Meditation

Med is stuck at one and says I cannot train anymore in this skill. Had 100 points and could not even put one to raise. I get no Med message showing any increase and mana takes forever to come back. Help!

bards don't train meditation...stays at 1

Bard natural regen is 1 mana per tick regardless of sitting or standing. Someone correct me if I am wrong.

Thanks for the help! My hide is showing maxxed at 40 but when i go to trainer it says 50 so thought med was just glitched but higher.
