Miscellaneous: Default Human Agnostic to Dark Elf faction incorrect

As an agnostic human, Dark Elves should be dubious, with 1 kill to threatening. I played a human magician on EQ Live from 1999 to 2002, I used to be able to go to Neriak and buy things such as the summoning spells in the library in 3rd gate. One day, I was in a group when someone killed a guard, the next con I did on a DE, I was KOS.

Today I ran into nektulos on my way to lavastorm and got killed by the guards which I found surprising. I'm a new character with no faction hits yet.
