Miscellaneous: Bearskin Potion Bag

I didn't play a shammy on live so I'm not sure how this worked but..
Currently when I try to combine the ingredients for potions in my "bearskin potion bag" it does not work. However, in the regular medicine bag I can combine the ingredients just fine.

Is the bearskin potion bag just for stacking potions and not for the initial combine or is it bugged?

To my understanding it is just for stacking potions

its only for combining potions into multidose potions. Medicine bage is for making a potion from ingredients. Thats how it was on live
