Merchants: Bind Affinity does not work in Ak'Anon

Upon having Bind Affinity cast on me in Ak'Anon, I received a red message saying that I should try a city. The spell animation completed along with the spell confirmation text. However, upon typing /char, it showed my previous bind point (WFP) as the current bind location.

I ran into this issue while trying to bind in Neriak next to Nektulos zoneline. Same result after the bind spell was cast on me. I zoned out to Nektulos and my /char showed I was now bound in Neriak. So check your /char now after you zone.
